Just checked the weather for Monday and it look like at the moment there might be some Rain in the afternoon over in Brecfa. But we should be finished by them so should not be a major issue.
If at first you dont succeed, spend 6 hrs in casualty, then try again !!!

Stuart,

Here is the details you need to get there. Not 100% sure how many are coming yet but you might be able to jump in with somebody else, or vis versa.

Getting There

Abergorlech is on the B4310 some 10 miles north east of Carmarthen and 8 miles north of Llandeilo.

From the East: Leave the A48 at the junction for the National Botanic Garden and follow the B4310 to Nantgaredig and then on to Brechfa.

Abergorlech is 4 miles east of Brechfa with the Forestry car park clearly signposted.

From Carmarthen: take the A40 towards Llandeilo and take the B4310 to Brechfa at Nantgaredig.

From the Northeast: you leave the A40 at Llanwrda 3 miles south of Llandovery and follow the A482 to Crugybar after which you follow signs to Llansawel and onto the B4310 to Abergorlech.
For Sat Nav/GPS/Mapping Services use: Brechfa
OS Grid Reference: SN585340

Stuart,

We normally ride the Raven trail and even though we normally do it in under 2hrs you have to add on the 2.5hrs to get there and back. So not long enough to do both. So i expect we will leave around 7am to start riding at 10am if all go's to plan.

You are welcome to join us.

I'm heading to Coed-yBrenin on Saturday for the week, so unfortunately I'm gonna miss the Brechfa ride (one day I'll get to ride Brechfa!).

If anyone finds themselves up N.Wales way over the bank hol weekend or following week, welcome to join us for a ride as we'll be getting out most days, assuming the weather's ok. Booked in for an uplift day at Revolution Bike Park (www.revolutionbikepark.co.uk/) on Sat 9th June as well - can't wait as looks wicked!
