The Haven Carbon bar that I brought were from Merlin (link). I had a email flyer though and they werte £78. I see they are now £99 so it must have been a sale.

They are nice bars, well made, light and a nice width. I am not sure they are worth the £110+ some places are charging, but I though for £78 they were ok. PLUS they got rid of the 710mm bars I brought to test the width for £4...yep 4 pounds.

I'm up for LW and Ac this weekend, to be honest I feel a bit tired so not fussed about travelling too far

Gareth and I are looking at venturing across the bridge - anyone tempted by Cwmcarn... or possibly even Afan...? I've essentially got a whole new bike to test and need to give it a good solid run!

p.s. do I remember you saying you found your Haven bars at a good price Lee? What constitutes good and where did you get em?

If anyone needs a lift, I can get another one on the roof if you've got a mount, or one in the boot if you don't mind taking wheels off.
