Yes was good training learnt about pumping,line choice, jumping,footwork(i need to work on still but getting there)unweighting the bike, riding rock gardend and roots .
We rode the table tops and the hip jumps and some of the smaller north shore stuff
Ben Deakin was a good teacher and did not have a big ego , a top rider!
I really enjoyed the day what ever level you are you improve you riding by the end of the day
I will be using the uk bike park soon as it is such a cool place

Did you learn anything & like the bike park?
