Justin,

The Alert email will come from the server when a post is made to the Forum and not from Tapatalk, Tapatalk is just a way to view and post to the Forum via an Iphone. To get an email you have to subscribe to that thread, if you do that then you should get an email everytime a new post is made. Now the best way of doing this it to subscribe to "Rides" because then any new thread that is started you will get an email.
