I Should be Ok for a ride, still got sore ribs and a bad wrist though so I'm playing it by ear.
How hard can it be?

As xfactor is on do any of you fancy looking at the web and see if there are any trails that we can do for the cycleway trail centre. There are lots of routes just need to make sure we know where we are going.

Ride update:

Me Nathan Justin and Marcus went over the Forest of Dean and did a XC loop up and around the top. I would say about 6 miles, then we did some of the freeride areas and found some good trails and then did some of the DH course. So we now have a better idea what we can do when we go over here with the DH rigs. But to be honest there was nothing there a 150mm travel bike could not do. Apart from the jumps that are optional it is not as hard as the whites.

So we should try and book a day we go over there with the trail/Dh bikes and have a few hours of fun.

cheers

Ye why not as long as it is not to wet, the weather is going to get colder this week so lets also hope it is going to get dryer as the trails were very wet and slippy.

cheers

Hi Lee

Sorry for not keeping you updated via the forum. BT have been 'upgrading' our lines and left us without internat access for a few days. I would of been unable to ride this weekend as my wrist and ribs are still giving me pain. I was hoping that they would be better by now. Hopefully I should be OK for next weekend.

Glad to hear it was a good ride.

Cheers
