In part two, former Team GB pro mechanic Spike Taylor - who now runs Pro Tool School bike mechanic courses - guides you through one of the simplest, but for many most dreaded, bike maintenance skills - how to change a flat tyre. In this case he does it without tyre levers, which means there's less risk of damaging the rim or pinching the tube.
